Currently I am on tour with Hey Monday and having a wonderful time. I love these kids. They're extremely fun and super fun to watch perform.
I've actually had some free time to work on art projects, hooray! I've drawn 2 drumheads already and hope to do several more. Here's the 2 already done.

completely obsessed

hi blog! it's me beth, remember me?

i got home from the fall out boy tour a few days ago. i've never worked so hard and had so much fun on tour ever all together. I'm sad its over.

I'm newly in love with all time low and their crew. totally legit dudes and super fun.

so is everyone on the fob team.

actually everyone on the tour was legit. even by the end of tour, gabe and i weren't battling it out. he's a smart dude, and might have won me over for the most part.

im home now til early june and then I'm going out for a month and a half with Hey Monday. playing at tons of timy clubs that I havent been to in yeeeeeears. its going to be fun. and easy.

then that goes straight into me going back out with Fall Out Boy for another month on the Blink 182 tour. that's going to a blast I'm sure. this summer is gunna be great.

I was actually just checking out who the opener on that tour is, Chester French, and I'm newly obsessed with them. sooooo good. totally not what I expected them to sound like. I might be in love!

sorry bloggins, I've been avoiding you once again.
This tour has been keeping me busier than I've ever busied before.
just think, 5 people selling merch of 40 different items to 6000 people.
It aint pretty.
most of my work days are 12+ hours long.
I only bring out my computer on days off.
but I can't complain, this tour is soooo much fun.
I'm in love with all of All Time Low, band and crew, those dudes are so much fun.
basically everyone on the tours rules though, I just wish I had more time to hang with everyone.

My favorite occurrence is when I get to play bass in the soundcheck band called Horrible Business with Diaz, AJ and Kadaver. It's so much fun. I need to learn more songs than the 3 i know though.

These are the 2 books I am currently reading.

A: "My Booky Wook" by Russell Brand -

Hilarious and sad, and I'm not even halfway done yet. I'm sure I will finish it soon. Russell impresses me incessantly with his vocabulary. I'm rapidly becoming more and more a fan of him.

B: I Will Teach You to be Rich by Ramit Sethi-

This book has gotten great reviews, It's all about Personal Finance, and boy I need help with that. So far it's inspired me a lot and it's really easy to understand, unlike all other finance books. I just started it yesterday, so Russell has taken the back seat for now and this one is in the lead. I'm into it.

and guess what!? I leave for tour in less than 3 days, and I still havent packed!! I'm for sure doing it tomorrow though.

also tomorrow is dentist appt number 3, and then Tues I go get my way back molar extracted.

I'm kind of excited because that tooth has been giving me grief for a long time, but I'm also a little nervous because this is the first tooth "surgery" that I will not be sedated.

I will either get grossed out, or think it's awesome. I guess I will find out soon enough!

my dad is currently in Texas getting chemoed and stem cell transplanted for his cancer, and he just gave us all a facebook update with pics from the hospital.

he must be very bored.

now people might understand a little more why I'm so weird.

Ahhhhh so much to get done before I leave for tour. I don't know where all my time goes to.
slowly doing it though.
getting rid of a ton of cute shoes, band shirts and clothes that I just don't wear. Taking them to the local Conseignment shop. So if anyone lives in the SE Wisco area, I can give you the info of where the shop is.

Today I got Russell Brands "My Booky Wook." I'm stoked to read it, about to start it an hour after I workout. I love Non-Fiction, and I've recently become obsessed with Russell Brand, so I know I'll enjoy his memoir.

In 2006 Russell Brand exploded onto the international comedy scene. He has been named Time Out’s Comedian of the Year, Best Newcomer at the British Comedy Awards, and Most Stylish Man by GQ’s Men. His UK stand-up tour was sold out and his BBC Radio 6 show became a cult phenomenon, the second most popular podcast of the year. Before the fame, however, Russell’s life was anything but glamorous. His father left when he was three months old, he was bulimic at age 12, and began drinking heavily and taking drugs by age 16. He regularly visited prostitutes in Soho, began cutting himself, took drugs on stage during his stand-up shows, and even set himself on fire while on crack cocaine.
